We are now on Day 7 of our 12 Days of Christmas (Shopping) gift guide, meaning we are more than halfway done! In case you didn't get a chance to score any gift-worthy gluten-free goodies at last week's vegan holiday bake sale, we've got you covered.
If you've got a Picky Bitch with a sweet tooth to shop for this Christmas, you might want to hit up Bliss & Co. Cupcakes and Desserts for a dozen (or two) cupcakes that can be stored in the fridge until Christmas Day.

Bliss & Co. normally offers four gluten-free options: chocolate, vanilla, red velvet (made with a gluten-free flour substitute), and a completely flourless chocolate flavour. (They also currently carry one vegan cupcake option: chocolate with chocolate icing). These would normally make for a great gift idea for the picky sweet tooth on your list, but we feel like something a bit more festive is in order this time of year.
Luckily for us, the local bake shop is currently offering adorably Yuletide-themed cupcakes in both their HOHO mini-cupcake pack and their six-piece regular-sized JOY pack (pictured above), both of which can be made in any combination of their gluten-free flavours. They're almost too cute to eat, and we're sure they'll put a smile on any dessert lover's face this season.
Though Bliss' cupcakes always look picture-perfect, special items like vegan and gluten-free cupcakes require extra notice of about two to three days. In the case of the holiday items, you'll need to give the team at Bliss & Co. two days' notice for JOY packs, and three days for HOHO packs. So if you're thinking of indulging your favourite sweets lover this holiday season, be sure to place your order sooner rather than later to ensure that you'll be able to pick up (and gift) gourmet cupcakes that are perfectly fresh.
